"Pretty much what I expected"
I figured the setup would be simple, and it was. Took me about 5 minutes, nothing confusing or annoying to deal with, and it worked on the first try. No surprises, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

"Sorta bigger than we expected"
This ended up being sorta too big for us and didn’t really fit the space the way we hoped.

"Bulky and hard to move around"
This takes up way more room than I thought it would, and carrying it around is a hassle. It’s not really portable at all, which is disappointing because that’s something I should’ve checked more carefully before buying. If I can’t find an easier way to store it, I might just return it and go with something else.

"Warranty help was better than I expected"
I had an issue with one of the items after a few weeks, so I reached out to Banzai about the warranty. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, and the reply did take a bit, but they did get back to me and asked for photos.
Once I sent everything over, they ended up sending a replacement without making it too complicated. It wasn’t exactly quick, but it was handled fairly, so I can’t really complain. 4 stars from me.

"Maybe not the best pick for little ones"
I got this thinking it would be fun for my young son, but a few of the games felt a bit too grown-up for him. Always a fun surprise when something for kids makes you feel like you need to check the age rating twice.

"Fun for the kids, and not a letdown"
I’ll be honest, I was a bit worried this would be one of those garden toys that looks great online and then turns out to be a waste of money. Thankfully, it actually worked really well. Setup was quick and the kids had loads of fun running around in it. One corner didn’t spray quite as strongly as the others, but it didn’t really spoil the fun. Overall, happy with it.

I messaged support twice and nobody ever got back to me. Maybe they were busy or something, but if you have support, I feel like someone should answer eventually.

"Felt a bit overpriced and impersonal"
The site works fine overall, but I expected better deals for the price. Nothing was really terrible, but it didn’t feel like great value for the money either. The whole experience also felt a little impersonal, like I was just another ticket number instead of an actual customer. Probably wouldn’t be my first choice next time

We got this bounce house last summer, and I didn’t have the highest expectations since a lot of this stuff seems to fall apart faster than advertised. After being burned by a few “durable” products before, I’m skeptical. But this one has actually held up through tons of weekend use, and the kids are definitely not gentle with it. No rips so far, which is more than I expected.

"The delivery took quite a bit longer..."
The delivery took quite a bit longer than I expected. The tracking didn’t update much, which made it kind of frustrating, and the order arrived after the promised date. I did eventually get it, so I guess it worked out in the end, but I can’t say I was thrilled about the wait.
